The service

Suite 13 helps you prepare listings, mockups and drafts for your Etsy shop and manage orders. It creates drafts only; you are responsible for checking and publishing your listings and for what you sell.

Your content

You keep all rights to your designs. You confirm you have the right to sell them and that listings you publish follow Etsy’s rules, including its rules on AI-assisted work. We only use your content to provide the service to you.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time; your plan continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Top-up credits don’t expire while your account is open. Allowances reset each month.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful or for anyone else’s shop without their permission.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

No warranty and liability

We work hard to keep Suite 13 reliable, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We’re not liable for lost sales or for decisions made using its figures, to the extent the law allows.

Support and changes

Help is at support@suite13.app. If we ever close the service we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice.
